30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags (if applicable).
• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return addresses vary depending on the product ordered. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was received.
• The return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used fitness equipment or accessories
• Personalized or custom-made products

• Clearance or final sale items
• Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly so we can get them to you as fast as possible.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or make changes to it.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
